Year 5 Residential 2024
Please see below for information about the residential.
Items for children to take were noted on the kit lists. Children can take board games or card games for the coach/ bedrooms.
Please make sure the following are not packed or brought:

No electronic devices please.

No valuables.

No mobile phones please.

No cameras as staff will take lots of photographs.
Cliffe House provides fantastic opportunities for the children to:

Cliffe House Groups

Children will be in groups (previously of up to 12 children).

Children make a list of friends they would like to be with and are guaranteed at least one friend from the list.

There is a member of staff from school with each group.

They are also Cliffe House leaders who lead the activities in the day. On an evening, staff from school lead games/ activities.

The food is good and there is always plenty!

Cereals and toast.

Packed lunch with a choice of sandwiches, fruit, biscuits.

Evening meal - pizza, jacket potatoes, pasta and a pudding (ice-cream).

Always vegetarian options.

Halal options.
-
Cater for any special dietary requirements.
Medical needs

Information forms have been sent out.

Medication is handed in at the start of the trip and staff will support administering medication on a morning / evening as required.

Include information about diet and any medication your child may need to take whilst away.

If any parents have any concerns regarding medical needs or diet - please come and speak to a member of staff at any time.
